Kahakai Tiki Swizzle

Created by the world famous Mai Kai in Fort Lauderdale, FL and taste tested by me (and hundreds of others) at The Hukilau 2013. Enjoy!!!

KAHAKAI TIKI SWIZZLE

• 1 1/2 oz Kahakai Tiki Original Spiced Rum
• 1/2 oz lime juice
• 1/2 oz club soda
• 1/4 oz passion furit syrup
• 1/4 oz simple syrup
• 2 dashes Angostura bitters

Add above ingredients to a shaker filled with ice.  Shake well, strain over ice, and garnish with a fresh piece of pineapple. Aloha!

Aloha….I finally got to wear my new dress! This is a Rocket Betty design made from vintage Alfred Shaheen hand printed fabric panels. The challenge was fitting the curves without impacting the printed design. I couldn’t be happier with the results. Now, I just need to find more dead stock Shaheen fabric!
